- decide which projects to produce, or creating program ideas themselves,
- reading scripts, raising finance for projects,
- assessing what resources will be needed,
- planning the scedule,
- hiring all the necessary technical resourcing and support services,
- recruiting key production staff and crew,
- editing scrips managing cash flow,
- making sure that the entire production stays on schedule and within budget.
The Directors- Visualise the script and turn it into a movie.
- They are in charge of all the creative scenes.
Camera Operator- Choose suitable camera lenses
- They must be creative
- assembling, preparing and setting up equipment prior to filming
- offering advice on how best to shoot a scene, explaining the visual impact created by particular shots
Sound Operator- assembling and operating the necessary equipment
- recording sound onto digital audio tape or hard disk recorders
- maintaining and repairing sound equipment.
