During our project we went through Three main stages. The first stage was planning and research, we used the macs for our research. We looked at the UK Film Council website to find out our target audience and the BBFC website to understand how we should rate our film.
We looked at box office mojo to find out what film was selling the most at the time which was paranormal activity three which helped us to understand that a horror is successful at the moment.
We also used Youtube to find out certain conventions of horrors and we embedded these onto our blogs.
We have also used google to find images for our blogs to show the films we have compared to and example images from websites.
And obviously we have used blogger to keep a diary of our work over the past few months.
We did our two minute film opening task with the PANASONIC NV-GS500 - this has a good picture and gave a good finished product. We used focus alot in the film and zoom. eg; when the girl was waking up from being kidnapped and put into the cellar.
All these programs, websites and the technology helped to produce our two minute film and they were all very useful.
